Positive recognition · OMNILION Business Network

Recognise professional strengths without public negative reviews

Useful professional relationships deserve recognition. Achievements gives eligible members a positive way to recognise particular strengths using categories and points, instead of public written reviews or negative ratings.

Available to eligible verified members

Recognise a relevant strength

Choose a category that fits the work or relationship, such as communication, reliability, organisation, cleaning quality or a relevant service skill. Recognition uses positive points from 1 to 10. Totals accumulate by category; they are not an average score or a system for deducting points from another person.

Keep the public picture focused

Profiles display categories that have received eligible recognition. The system does not publish a written negative review alongside the recognition. Person and business profiles can be supported, subject to the available profile context and eligibility checks.

Eligibility and moderation still matter

A confirmed email and the required accepted terms are part of eligibility. Self-recognition is blocked. Relationship or completed-work requirements, limits and moderation controls protect against manufactured recognition. Submitted recognition may need moderation before it contributes to the public result; submitting it does not guarantee immediate publication.

A practical example

After a genuine working relationship, an eligible member might recognise a partner’s communication or punctuality through the appropriate category. The public total represents positive community recognition. It does not certify the quality of every future job, replace evidence or establish an insurance or regulatory fact.

Achievements and Trust answer different questions

Achievements describes positive recognition from other eligible members. Trust checks particular facts and evidence. Read them separately when assessing a potential partner. Open the relevant person or business profile to view its published recognition, or use your own profile to understand the available controls.
