Coordinate the work you are responsible for
Use the existing job and work controls to understand responsibilities, progress and history. Booking-to-Work uses the supported booking import and work rules; availability of a specific provider integration must be checked. Backup-partner options help prepare alternatives but do not promise an automatic replacement or emergency dispatch.
See readiness before the deadline
Operational readiness brings requirements, dependencies, evidence and risk signals into the relevant company workflow. For example, an accommodation preparation can depend on cleaning, linen, maintenance or inspection. A status is useful only with the underlying work and evidence; it is not a guarantee that every external condition is satisfied.
Share only the availability needed
Shared Availability helps communicate selected availability while keeping staff and other-client details private. Proof of Work uses the existing authorised evidence and completion controls. Review supported future-work changes through the available approval process; the system does not imply that one party can silently change another party’s commitment.
One company owner and four invited internal members
The Operations company subscription includes five people total: the owner and four invited internal members. The owner separately decides whether an invitee may work in Operations, represent the company in the platform, or do both. This internal team is separate from My Business Circle, where partner companies remain independent and keep their own subscriptions.
Use private insights conservatively
Private relationship observations retain their sources and incomplete-data limits; they are not public ratings. Business contribution figures describe available authorised operational information, not guaranteed savings. Job payments remain outside OMNILION. Business Workspace document exchange and contract-file management are excluded from this release.

Register, confirm your email and establish the company identity and permissions you need. Review the Operations plan, open the existing Operations area and begin with the work controls relevant to your business. Invite only the internal people who need access, with the rights appropriate to their responsibilities.
