Terms of Use

Version network-2026-10-01-v3 · Effective when this network release first becomes publicly available.

1. Operator and scope

OMNILION Digital Platform is operated by OMNILION GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17442958, registered office 41 Trowbridge, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 0JJ, United Kingdom. Contact hello@omnilion.co.uk. These Terms govern this Platform, separately from the OMNILION cleaning website and any cleaning services contract.

The Platform is a specialist business network for accommodation businesses and operational partners. It offers accounts and business teams, private or published descriptive business profiles, discovery, one-way business following, connection requests, shared business messages, professional posts with text, images, and limited MP4 video, in-platform network notifications, relationship introductions, reports and human moderation, scoped personal-data downloads and reviewed privacy requests. Core profiles, discovery, following and Feed participation (posts, comments, likes/reactions and reposts/shares) are free. Connections and private messaging require paid membership. Paid subscriptions are governed by the Membership Terms; OMNILION does not process payments for work between businesses.

Work opportunities, applications, selection, agreed work, evidence and UK seller reporting are separately governed by the Work Terms and Work Privacy Notice, which participants must acknowledge for those functions. Completed-work reviews, work cases, and private property and management listings remain unavailable. Jobs and work functions require the applicable paid membership and separate work permissions. A connection or introduction does not itself appoint anyone, create a booking, confirm work, impose fees or establish an employment, agency or exclusive relationship. Any external work arrangement is the participating businesses' responsibility. OMNILION does not collect, hold or guarantee their payments.

2. Eligibility and account agreement

This Platform is for people aged 18 or over acting for a business, including a self-employed business. You must have authority to represent the business, supply accurate details, use your own account and protect your credentials. Email verification confirms control of an email address; it does not certify identity, qualifications, insurance, licensing or business suitability. We make no Platform insurance claim.

Read these Terms and the Privacy Notice, correct the registration fields before submitting, and positively accept the current Terms. We record the document versions and acceptance time. Email verification is required before signing in. Existing users must accept this version before using the business network. Account creation does not create a paid order. Keep a copy of these Terms. Each team member needs their own verified account; owners manage invitations and permissions.

3. Visibility and discovery

Profiles start private. An owner chooses whether to publish the descriptive profile. Published name, business category, town, coverage, About and offer/need descriptions, and any optional representative name and role can be read by visitors. Add a representative only with their knowledge and permission. Do not put entry codes, guest details, bank information, private addresses or confidential information into public fields.

Discovery matches the words, business category and service area entered by the visitor. Profiles are ordered by business name and company ID for stable pagination. The business feed is ordered newest first and can be filtered to businesses or hashtags followed by the selected business, or posts it saved. Search shows matching published businesses and representatives, permitted posts and open opportunities. There is no paid ranking or guaranteed recommendation. A match is not an endorsement. OMNILION may have a business profile under the same publication and discovery rules. Founder administration is separate from customer accounts and gives no paid ranking benefit.

4. Connections, messages, posts and introductions

Owners may follow or unfollow another published business without approval. Follow is a one-way business audience relationship; it gives no access to private messages, work or client data, and is separate from a two-way accepted connection. Follower and following counts and the followed-business list can be shown in the network. Owners initiate and accept or decline connections. Members of either participating business share its inbox; removing membership removes that person's business access. An accepted connection permits messages unless a business blocks it or moderation restricts it. Blocking prevents new messages from both parties; it does not erase history. Do not share information your business is not authorised to disclose.

Only owners of published business profiles can post professional updates with text, images or limited MP4 video. Business owners may also upload an image or cover for their published profile; a person can choose to publish their own representative profile with a photo, cover, role and About. Do not upload images of others without their knowledge and appropriate rights. Uploads may contain embedded metadata, including location; remove information you do not intend to share before uploading. Posts marked for connected businesses and their media are visible only within the currently accepted, unblocked and unrestricted network; their public permalink does not reveal them. Posts marked for OMNILION businesses are readable by verified signed-in business users and through a public, shareable post permalink. Public post pages may show the post text, attached media, business name and preview metadata to visitors and external sharing services. They are not private messages. Owners can edit or hide their own posts. Verified business users may like, comment on, save privately or repost posts they can currently see. Comments and reposts follow the source post’s audience; saves are visible only within the saving business. Reposting never widens the source audience. Authors are responsible for their comments, and owners can remove their business’s comments. Notifications show limited network event titles and times; they are not a guaranteed urgent or contractual notice service.

An introduction records a proposed relationship attribution which the other owner must confirm. It does not establish a referral fee, commission, exclusivity, non-circumvention obligation or payment responsibility. Any such obligations require a separate agreement between the businesses. Do not falsify attribution.

5. Acceptable use and content

Do not publish or send illegal content, fraud, threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation material, infringement or misleading commercial claims. Do not spam, scrape or bulk export other users' information, bypass permissions, impersonate businesses, distribute malware or publish unnecessary personal data. The service is not for children. Report suspected misuse to hello@omnilion.co.uk or through the relevant post or conversation report control. For immediate danger contact the emergency services.

You retain ownership of your content and grant OMNILION a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display to the chosen audience, moderate and preserve it only as needed to run the service, meet legal duties and handle claims. You must hold the required rights. We do not sell private messages or use them for advertising.

6. Moderation, restrictions and complaints

Reports are recorded for human review; submitting one does not automatically hide content. An authorised operator can review reported conversation context, hide or restore reported posts, restrict conversations, suspend a user or unpublish and suspend a business. Privileged decisions require a reason and are recorded. Operators consider context, seriousness, safety and proportionate action. We do not promise a particular response time or determine external contractual disputes.

We will explain restrictions or suspensions and provide the relevant reasons by email unless prohibited by law or doing so would prejudice safety, security or an investigation. We normally give 30 days' notice before terminating a business account, with earlier action where required by law, serious or repeated breach, fraud or an urgent security or safety risk. Immediate restrictions may protect users while a concern is assessed. Contact hello@omnilion.co.uk to report illegal content, complain, challenge a decision or request review; identify the content or decision and explain the concern. We will review complaints fairly and communicate the outcome. No complaint removes your legal rights.

7. Data access and ending use

The Privacy Notice explains processing, company permissions, retention and rights. You can unpublish a profile, stop using the Platform, download supported personal records and request reviewed account or data action. A request does not automatically delete shared records or other people's data. Access depends on current membership. OMNILION's access is limited to operating, security, moderation, support and lawful requests. Business users remain responsible for their own handling of information received through the service.

8. Availability and changes

We will use reasonable care in providing the Platform but do not promise uninterrupted service, jobs, contracts, payment, suitability or commercial outcomes. Features can be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security. We will normally give at least 15 days' notice of material Terms changes, and longer where businesses need more time to adapt, except where law or an urgent safety or security issue requires earlier action. Material changes will be explained and renewed acceptance requested where appropriate. New paid services require separate disclosed terms and authorisation; no future price or plan is part of this free release.

9. Responsibility and liability

Each business is responsible for its statements, personnel, external contracts, tax, health and safety, insurance, invoicing and payments. OMNILION remains responsible for its own acts and omissions. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Subject to those exceptions, OMNILION's aggregate liability to the relevant business arising under or in connection with the Platform in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £10,000 and the Platform subscription fees that business paid OMNILION in the preceding 12 months. No subscription fees are charged at present. This cap applies only to the extent lawful and does not remove statutory data-protection rights or remedies. We do not guarantee another business's performance.

10. General

English law governs these Terms and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful. Contact hello@omnilion.co.uk for questions or complaints.
