A Circle gives a group of independent businesses a place to share a relevant update, discuss it in comments and keep the relationship active. Circle announcements notify members, so an update does not depend on everyone checking the public Feed at the same moment.
A practical example
An accommodation operator works with a cleaning company, a laundry supplier and a maintenance business. A Circle announcement can communicate a general change in coordination arrangements. The partners can comment on the announcement while each company continues to manage its own people and work separately. This is a general example, not a live customer testimonial.
Independent companies stay independent
My Business Circle is a partner environment. It is separate from My Team, where a company owner grants internal access. Joining a Circle does not grant access to another company’s Operations account, staff records, bookings, work evidence or confidential client information. Each independent partner company keeps its own account and subscription.
Start with the right people
Create and verify your account, complete your professional or company identity, then use the company context you are authorised to represent. On an eligible paid plan, open My Business Circle and use its invitation controls to bring relevant independent partners together. Use announcements for shared updates and comments for the discussion around each update.
Access and boundaries
Free members can learn what Circle offers; active Circle connectivity requires Professional or Operations access. A Circle is not an assignment board or a shared view of every partner’s operations. Keep property access codes, guest details and sensitive records in the appropriate authorised work channels.
