Create missing properties and service rules

Existing rules and their partner routing are preserved. A partner must already have accepted the property/service relationship. A new rule without a partner uses your internal team.

Service date-time overrides the proposed time for that reservation only. Existing accepted work requires its normal recorded decision. Re-importing an unchanged reference does not create another reservation or task.

Keep the same property and reservation reference when updating a booking. A new reference creates a new booking. Missing rows never cancel existing bookings: import the same property/reference with status cancelled to request cancellation explicitly. Reservations supplied by a connected PMS cannot be overwritten by spreadsheet import.
